2. Indemnity

3. Liability

3.1 Transportive excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to this web site. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose.

3.2 Transportive shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this web site.

3.3 There may be links to other web sites from the Transportive web site; however, these other web sites are not controlled by Transportive and we are not responsible for any content contained on any such web site or any loss suffered by you in relation to your use of such websites. You waive any and all claims against Transportive regarding the inclusion of links to outside websites or your use of those websites.

3.4 In the event of any claim against Transportive arising out of its performance of hire, the company’s liability shall be limited to a refund not exceeding the cost of journey. Any other payments will be entirely at the discretion of the company.

4. General Terms of Sales

 4.1 Payment and charges

All our prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and reflective of journey Date & Time.

      • Payments must be made upon submission of your order and with credit or debit card only,we accept most major credit and debit cards.
      • We may withhold the services and/or cancel the contract between us if the value of the transaction from you is not received in full before the date the service is due to commence.
      • All quotations are estimated journey charges, valid for 30 days and do not include additional waiting and parking time, toll charges and gratuities.
      • Final journey charges will be calculated according to the other relevant factors, e.g. additional waiting time, parking, toll charges and gratuities.
      • Bookings for “Hourly Hire” journeys are calculated as starting and finishing at Central London W1, except those hires that are subject to a fixed charge.
      • All hires involving a drop off and subsequent pickup will be priced as one continuous hire unless the interval between journeys is 3 hours or more stated at the time of booking is made.
      • Driver’s over night subsistence allowance will be made by arrangement and gratuities are at client’s discretion.
      • The driver will take the most optimal route, unless the client gives specific instructions or prevailing traffic conditions dictate. Transportive accepts no responsibility for delays however caused.
      • Transportive accepts no responsibility for any accidental damage caused by clients to the interior or exterior of the vehicle. In the event that the interior of the vehicle soiled or damaged by the passenger, a valeting charge will apply.
      • A reasonable amount of luggage is allowed, but luggage which in the opinion of driver amounts to excessive weight may not be carried. Transportive accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to client’s luggage or personal property however caused.
      • Transportive reserve the right to enlist the services of carefully selected affiliates to provide the service on our behalf during busy periods but shall remain responsible for the overall service delivery.
      • Transportive reserves the right to amend, add, change and delete these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

5. Additional Charges

5.1 Parking

Your driver will make every effort to avoid incurring any parking charges when collecting you from your pickup address, however where parking charges are incurred, these will be added onto your journey charge at cost.

5.2 Waiting Time

We understand short delays are sometimes inevitable, so we allow grace period of:

  • 45 minutes for airport transfers, form the minute your flight touches down.
  • 15 minutes for non-airport transfers, starts from the requested pickup time.
  • Additional waiting time will be charged and is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.

Our current waiting time rates are £7.50 per 15 minutes. If no contact has been made within the grace period allowance, we reserve the right to terminate the service for the full amount.

We will make every effort to help you to locate your driver, upon arrival you will be sent an SMS / Email, confirming your driver’s contact details. If you cannot locate your driver and you seek an alternative method of transport without first contacting Transportive to try and resolve the situation, you will be charged the full charged based on the service booked.


5.3 Surcharge

A surcharge of 100% will apply for journeys on Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years eve from 18.00 until New Years day and 50% surcharge will apply on all other Bank/National holidays.

6. Cancelation and Refund

Our policy is to avoid charging our clients cancellation fees where we can; there will be some occasions where either we or our affiliate has incurred cost in the provision of a service that is cancelled or not used, cancellation charge will apply.

Charges apply for customer no shows and cancellation at the tariff rate based on the service booked.

Cancellations for journeys that are received later than 4 hours prior to the pickup time will incur the full cost of the journey.

Refund due to you will be processed as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days from the day we received your valid notice of cancellation, we will use the same method as you originally used to pay for the service.
